OUR DESIGN TO BUILD PROCESS
1) DESIGN CONSULTATION / MEETING
Detailed consultation at your property ($120 fee) to determing scope of work, ideas and budget for your project.
2) DESIGN CONTRACT
Email design contract (fee ranges between $600 - $3,000) which will be determined depending on the scope and size of your project.
3) SITE MEASURING
If design contract is signed - the actual design process starts with measuring the project site (our team will coordinate the day and time with you).
4) DESIGN REVIEW
Design meeting to review the hardscape plan (first meeting 10 business days after the measuring). Usually 1-3 meetings are required at the office or via zoom.
5) ESTIMATE REVIEW
Meeting to review the estimate after design was approved.
6) CONSTRUCTIONAPPROVAL
Construction approval, construction contract. $1,000 deposit to schedule construction date and secure the spot.
7) CONSTRUCTIONSTARTS
Construction starts when planned.
