This section explains our design & estimating process:

1) Design consultation/meeting at your property (detailed site visit consultation fee is $100) to determine scope of work, ideas, rough numbers and budget for the project. We will discuss the design/estimate/installation process.

2) Email Design contract (Fee ranges between $600 - $3,000 which is determined after the first meeting. This fee is dependent on scope of work & project size.

3) If design contract is signed - the actual design process starts with measuring the project site (our team will coordinate the day and time with you)

4) Design meeting to review the hardscape plan ( first meeting 10 business days after the measuring). Usually 1-3 meetings are required at the office or via zoom.

5) Meeting to review the estimate after design was approved.

6) Construction approval, construction contract. $1,000 deposit to schedule construction date and secure the spot.

7) Construction starts when planned.
